On the last 9th-10th of June 2014, Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi visited Vietnam officially according to the invitation of Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung.
In this period, Matteo Renzi Prime Minister had some visits at big factories with Italian investment capital such as Piaggio, Ariston, etc. He asserted that with the current investment environment, in the near future the lines of investment capital from Italian companies into Vietnam would increase, reinforcing assistant industries, attracting more of Italian investors to Vietnam.

Mr Mai Huu Tin, President of Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs’ Association 4th term, had a chance to meet Prime Minister Matteo Renzi in Hanoi. Mr Tin highly appreciates the potential of Italian investors in Vietnamese business environment. He has already cooperated with some Italian partners to establish Cuore Italia Food Corporation in September 2014, with the main business lines of processing, storing and packaging true Italian food products such as cold cuts, salami, mortadella, pig’s trotters, cheese, etc at Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park in Binh Duong province. Now Cuore Italia is in the process of launching into operation. The company plans to sell its products mainly in the Vietnamese market and export to China, Russia and some Asian countries.
