Being established on April 15th 1998 till now U&I is nearly 15 years old. 15 years – quite a long period has passed with lots of ups and downs, U&I’s team has been side by side together to share all the difficulties, help one another in job to make U&I become a strong group of companies today.
If we compare the achievements that U&I has attained with a sand picture, then numberless grain of sand in that picture is surely the contribution of all members from the lowest to the highest level. Not only that, those grains of sand have to link and combine to one another harmoniously to make a complete, beautiful and lively sand picture. This means the distribution of all people has to be combined in a harmonious way to be able to create the highest value.
The 15th anniversary of establishing U&I this year, the Board of Directors decides that this will be an occasion for all members of the company to have fun in a sea trip to Ham Thuan Nam on the next April 13th and 14th. All members will mix together in team-building games on beach to raise the solidarity, learn to do sand pictures, practice yoga, show talent on singing and dancing numbers, join many jolly games on stage with many valuable gifts for active teams. This trip is also a chance for people to relax after pressure working days to have better spirit and health.
